In the 5th match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024, Afghanistan delivered an impressive performance, defeating Uganda by a massive margin of 125 runs, showcasing their formidable cricketing skills. This commanding victory sets a promising tone for Afghanistan’s campaign in the tournament.

Opting to bat first, Afghanistan amassed a substantial total of 183 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. The innings was bolstered by an exceptional partnership between Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran. Gurbaz played a sensational knock, scoring 76 runs, while Zadran contributed a valuable 70 runs.
