The highly anticipated Pakistan-Turkey collaborative historical series, “Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi” (Saladin: The Conqueror of Jerusalem), is soon to make its debut on television screens in Pakistan. Initially aired in Turkey on November 13, the drama has generated significant excitement among viewers.

Pakistani audiences are eagerly awaiting the Urdu-dubbed version of the series, retitled “Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi,” which will soon be broadcast on a private TV channel. While the premiere date has not been officially announced, a teaser in Urdu has been shared on the channel’s social media platforms, hinting at the imminent release.

Produced by notable figures such as Humayun Saeed, Adnan Siddiqui, Dr. Kashif Ansari, Ahmet Faruk Bakacak, and Dr. Junaid Ali Shah, the series promises a grand portrayal of the life and legacy of Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi, a revered Muslim warrior and leader.

The first official trailer of the historical drama was released in October, showcasing a narrative centered around a religious war for control over Jerusalem. Adnan Siddiqui, one of the producers, unveiled the trailer on his Instagram, emphasizing the importance of revisiting history and paying homage to the legendary figure of Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi.
