The impact is particularly noticeable in internet browsing, with Pakistani users experiencing severe difficulties accessing online content. The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has confirmed the disruption, warning that users may continue to face challenges, especially during peak evening hours.

However, efforts are underway to mitigate the impact. Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has mentioned that internet traffic from the eastern direction, although reduced to less than 10 percent, has been rerouted through alternative sources to alleviate the strain on affected users.
