Merlin Entertainments has partnered with Mojang Studios in an £85m deal to bring “Minecraft”-inspired attractions to parks in the UK and US by 2026-2027. The plan includes rides, retail, and dining experiences based on the world’s best-selling video game, with global expansion to follow.

Merlin CEO Scott O’Neil hailed the partnership as a “significant milestone,” while Microsoft, which owns Mojang, called it an exciting step to broaden the game’s appeal.
