The dollar's upward trend persists, with a notable jump

This week, the US dollar has been consistently gaining strength and showing a continuous upward trend. On Wednesday, it experienced another surge, resulting in a significant increase in value against the Pakistani rupee. It gained Rs1.50 and was traded at Rs292.50.
Prior to that, the dollar had already risen by 71 paisas to reach Rs288.25 in the interbank market. The day’s trading session began with a 46-paisa jump in the interbank market. At one point, the dollar even reached Rs288 against the rupee.

On Tuesday, the US dollar’s value had some minor fluctuations in the interbank market, but it notably increased by 90 paisas against the Pakistani rupee.
The closing rate on Tuesday indicated that it was traded at Rs287.54 by the State Bank. However, in the open market, the dollar witnessed a slight decrease of Re1 and was traded at Rs290.
