The investigation uncovered that Usman had been promised two Umrah tickets by Imtiaz, Riaz’s brother-in-law, who masterminded the murder over a long-standing property dispute. As part of the plan, Imtiaz offered the tickets as payment for the crime.
The incident occurred in a crowded market where Imtiaz and Usman tracked Riaz before executing their plan. Police traced Usman using a phone call he had made to Riaz, which ultimately led to his capture.
Meanwhile, Imtiaz remains at large, with authorities actively pursuing him. The investigation continues as police strive to bring justice to Riaz and his family.
