A distressing case of sexual assault has emerged from a private hostel in Hyderabad, India, where a first-year engineering student was targeted earlier this week.
According to police reports, the incident occurred on Wednesday when a driver employed by the hostel owner attacked the student.

The victim was alone in her room at the time when the accused knocked on her door, pretending to deliver a bed sheet. As she opened the door, the man forced his way in and assaulted her.
