Eidul Adha is slated to be celebrated on June 17 following the sighting of the Zil Hajj moon on June 7. This festival, also referred to as the Feast of Sacrifice, is a significant occasion in the Muslim calendar, commemorating Prophet Ibrahim’s readiness to sacrifice his son for the sake of God. It involves the ritual slaughter of animals, with the meat being shared among family members and the less fortunate. This practice echoes the tradition of Prophet Ibrahimi and extends over the three days of Eid.
