According to Report, a confrontation between the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) and armed individuals in a vehicle resulted in the fatalities of two ANF officers and a civilian employee near Jhelum on GT Road.
The incident occurred near Kala Pul on GT Road when an ANF officers tried to halt a suspicious vehicle. The occupants of the car opened fire on the ANF team, resulting in the immediate deaths of Head Constable Gulzar and Constable Mazhar. Zeeshan, a private employee, sustained critical injuries and later died in the hospital.

The three suspects fled into a nearby forest while firing. Police and a significant contingent of ANF personnel have launched a search operation along GT Road to apprehend the suspects.
An ANF spokesperson stated that a car driver named Shehzad has been detained. In his initial statement, Shehzad asserted that a person named Bilal from Kharian had booked his car.
The hunt for the remaining suspects is ongoing as authorities escalate their efforts to capture those accountable for the assault.
