The city welcomed 2024 with an eight-minute display of fireworks and drones, setting records for the ‘Longest chain of aquatic floating fireworks’ spanning 5.8km and the ‘Longest straight-line drones display’ covering 2km.
The stunning show featured 1,050 LED drones and innovative aquatic floating fireworks, creating a ‘carpet’ effect, complemented by synchronized acrobatic pyro planes. Inspired by Ras Al Khaimah’s natural wonders, the displays incorporated desert, sea, and mountain elements, choreographed to custom music.
