The T20 World Cup 2024 is fast approaching, and preparations are in full swing in the USA, where the tournament will be held for the first time. One of the key venues for the event is the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York, where eight matches will be hosted, including the highly anticipated Pakistan vs India clash on June 9, 2024.

Situated in Eisenhower Park, approximately 30 kilometers from Manhattan, the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium is nearing completion. The state-of-the-art modular stadium will accommodate 34,000 fans and will offer various hospitality options.

Recent updates indicate that the east side stand of the stadium is nearly finished, with the west side stand expected to be completed within the next two weeks. Premium hospitality suites, team, and media pavilions are being finalized on the north and south sides of the stadium.

Meanwhile, the pitch block where the games will be played is undergoing preparation at another location in South Florida. Brett Jones, CEO of T20 USA, expressed excitement about the progress, stating, “What has been accomplished in just two short months of construction in Nassau County is truly unprecedented. As we mark the 60 days to go, we’re excited to welcome cricket fans from all over the world to this first-of-its-kind international cricket venue.”
