In a bizarre yet heroic incident in Uttar Pradesh, India, a group of monkeys reportedly stopped a man from assaulting a young girl. According to media reports, the suspect lured the child to an abandoned house, away from her home, with the intent to harm her.

The victim’s father stated that his daughter had been playing outside when the man led her to the deserted spot. Just as the situation turned dire, a group of monkeys attacked the suspect, causing him to abandon his attempt and flee.
