A freshly born baby girl in the Indian state of Gujarat has been named ‘Biparjoy’ after the approaching strong cyclonic storm on the state’s western coast. Bangladesh suggested the name cyclonic storm Biparjoy, which is pronounced ‘Biporjoy.’ In Bengali, Biparjoy means ‘disaster.’
