Saudi Arabia Sends 100 Tons of Dates to Pakistan in Generous Donation

The Saudi embassy issued a statement on Friday, announcing a generous gift of 100 tons of dates for Pakistan in anticipation of the holy month of Ramadan.

“In a display of goodwill, the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is pleased to present 100 tons of dates to our esteemed brothers and sisters in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, following the recommendation of the esteemed leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,” expressed the Saudi embassy in its statement.

Ambassador Nawaf Bin Said Al-Malki, accompanied by Abdullah Al-Baqami, Director of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief), officially handed over the consignment to the Pakistani government during a ceremony held at the Saudi embassy.

The statement further outlined that this generous donation aims to be distributed among the Pakistani community during the sacred month of Ramadan.

This noble act stands as a testament to the enduring bond of friendship and brotherhood shared between the two nations, embodying the spirit of generosity and solidarity cherished by both Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
