The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced the prices of re-gasified liquefied natural gas (RLNG) for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) effective from April 1, 2024.
According to OGRA’s statement, the RLNG transmission price for SNGPL is set at $11.98 per MMBtu, while the distribution price is set at $12.94 per MMBtu for April 2024. These prices represent a 1.03 percent increase compared to March 2024.

For SSGCL, the transmission rate is set at $11.33 per MMBtu, and the distribution rate is set at $13.19 per MMBtu for April 2024. Similar to SNGPL, both the transmission and distribution prices for SSGCL have increased by 1.06 percent compared to March 2024. OGRA emphasized that the rise in RLNG prices is primarily attributed to an increase in the delivered price ex-ship (DES).
