Diplomatic Plea Against Escalation
International Mediator Muhammed Faisal, head of the World Peace Mission, expressed grave concern over Israel’s recent attacks on Iran, calling the move “regrettable” and “unjustifiable.” Speaking with Pakistani news outlet News Guru, he highlighted the dangerous potential of escalating tensions across the Middle East, especially with ongoing conflict in Gaza, where civilian casualties continue to mount.
Warning of Wider Regional Conflict
Faisal emphasized that the “Iran attacks Israel, Israel attacks Iran” sequence is a perilous cycle that threatens to engulf the entire region in warfare. “The international community must intervene to halt this dangerous series of escalations,” he warned. He urged a balanced approach, where instead of aligning with either side, global powers prioritize de-escalation to avoid a potential third world war.
Call for Ceasefire and Peace Talks
In a direct message to Israel, Faisal stressed that the “world cannot sustain endless escalations.” He called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages, advocating for a path toward peace in the Middle East. “This is the only way forward for peaceful development,” he said, appealing to all conflict partners to commit to de-escalation and negotiation.
