Indian Actress Jasmine Bhasin Reveals Eye Injury from Contact Lenses, Struggles to Sleep

Indian actress Jasmin Bhasin revealed her eyes were damaged after wearing contact lenses for an event, causing her severe pain and difficulty sleeping.

In an interview with an Indian media outlet, Bhasin described the pain and vision impairment that disrupted her daily routine. She recounted how, during an event in Delhi on July 17, her lenses caused intense eye pain, but she decided to attend the event before seeking medical help. Wearing sunglasses at the event, she eventually needed her team’s assistance due to her inability to see.

After the event, she was rushed to a hospital where doctors diagnosed corneal damage caused by the lenses. Bhasin’s eyes were bandaged, and she continued treatment in Mumbai, experiencing significant pain. Doctors assured her of recovery within four to five days, advising her to take good care of her eyes. Despite the pain and vision issues, she shared a photo on Instagram wearing black glasses, thanking her followers for their support.
