A Call to Conscience: Justice for Dolphin

A Call to Conscience Justice for Dolphin

A sickening video circulating on social media reveals a disturbing and unforgivable act of violence and degradation. It captures Dolphin, reportedly an educated transgender woman from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, being held captive, terrified, and forced at gunpoint to strip and expose herself for the sole purpose of public humiliation, something that mentally shattered my dear classmate, who never had second thought except share the burden on his conscience with me .

This isn’t just an attack on an individual—this is an assault on our collective humanity, on the ethical fabric of our society. Dolphin, once a student at the respected Edwards College, comes from a family that ultimately rejected her under the weight of societal prejudice. This is about the brutalization of a fellow human being. How far have we fallen if our response to such heinous acts is limited to passive outrage or quiet whispers?

If we are enduring waves of terrorism and social chaos, perhaps we should stop to consider whether this is a consequence of our own decay, our abandonment of all ethical, moral, and religious values. What moral ground do we stand on when we remain silent as harmless, vulnerable citizens are targeted so barbarically?

Where are our so-called defenders of justice, the thousands of law enforcement officers and security agents whose duty it is to protect every Pakistani? Have they lost the courage, the honor, and the humanity to confront this monster who preyed on Dolphin? This criminal deserves to be stripped of his dignity in the same brutal, humiliating fashion, paraded not just as a criminal but as a reminder of the rot within our society.

Until we are willing to face this ugly truth and demand accountability, we cannot hope for redemption. If there is still a son of this soil amongst so many of our law enforcing agencies with the courage to avenge the disgrace forced upon the defenseless, now is the time to act. Long Live Pakistan—Her Moral Poverty Is Becoming Worst Than Her Financial Bankruptcy .🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰
