Trump’s Proposal Faces Sharp Criticism
International Mediator Faisal Muhammed has strongly denounced US President Donald Trump’s suggestion to relocate Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to Egypt and Jordan. Speaking to News Guru, he highlighted the irony in Trump’s stance, pointing out that the same leader advocating the removal of foreigners from the United States expects other nations to accept displaced Palestinians. Faisal Muhammed underlined that this proposal disregards the sacrifices of millions of Palestinians who have laid down their lives to preserve their right to their homeland. He also noted that Egypt and Jordan would likely reject such plans, as they would incite societal tensions and disrupt the delicate balance within their own populations.
Eviction Through War or Peace Is Unacceptable
Faisal emphasized that Palestinians’ determination to remain in their territories stems from decades of enduring adversity and conflict. He asserted that Israel’s attempts to force their migration through war have consistently failed, and any effort to achieve the same outcome under the guise of peace and development is equally flawed. Such proposals, he argued, serve to fulfill Israel’s long-standing ambitions rather than fostering genuine peace. Faisal declared that Palestinians would never abandon their lands, rejecting both war and diplomatic maneuvers designed to uproot their existence.
