Dr. Prof Naseem Memon, former chairman of BIEK, has been appointed as the head of the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Larkana (BISEL) until June 30, 2024. Other officials, including audit officers, secretaries, and controller examinations from different boards, have also been removed from their positions.

The interim provincial government has sought permission from the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to make new appointments for the vacant posts. The letter to the ECP emphasized the importance of making permanent appointments to enhance the functionality of these education boards, stating that several boards are currently relying on temporary arrangements for top positions.
