Pakistan and Ethiopia will strengthen their scientific and technological cooperation.

Pakistan and Ethiopia have inked a scientific and technical cooperation pact.

The agreement was signed by Pakistan’s Ministry of Science and Technology and the Federal Republic of Ethiopia’s Ministry of Science and Technology. Last week, an Ethiopian team led by Minister of State Dr. Fozia Ameen came at Islamabad’s Ministry of Science and Technology.

This collaboration is critical in developing a framework for increasing cooperation in science, technology, engineering, and education for mutual benefit and peace between the science and education communities in both countries.

All actions under this agreement will be carried out in partnership with Ethiopian and Pakistani partners. Both countries’ diplomatic connections were established in 1958, and since then, Pakistan and Ethiopia have enjoyed a friendly relationship and made significant progress on bilateral, regional, and international issues.
