Issuance of Umrah permits via the Nusuk application was paused for a month starting May 23. This pause allowed Hajj pilgrims arriving in Makkah from around the world to perform their rituals comfortably.

The ministry has announced that the Nusuk App will resume issuing Umrah visas from Zilhajj 15, corresponding to June 21.

In its latest statement, the ministry indicated that resuming the issuance of Umrah visas would facilitate the smooth arrival of Umrah pilgrims into the Kingdom. This annual practice immediately follows the Hajj season.

The ministry emphasized that it utilizes its experience and sets up technical and field programs to support Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and facilitate their rituals.

This move aims to enhance the overall experience for the pilgrims and ensure that their religious duties are carried out with ease and comfort, in line with the ministry’s commitment to providing exemplary service to all visitors.
