Islamabad: In his maiden message as Chief Justice, Justice Aminuddin hailed the creation of the Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) as a historic milestone in Pakistanโs constitutional development.
Justice Aminuddin described the FCC as a key institution for upholding the rule of law, protecting constitutional rights, and strengthening democratic governance.
