Police File Case Against Bahawalpur Spa for Playing Naseebo Lal Song On Speaker

Authorities in Bahawalpur have filed a case against a local massage center, highlighting concerns over public morality and illegal activities. The incident occurred at the well-known Bahawalpur spa, โ€œTouch Spa,โ€ where a song by Pakistani singer Naseebo Lal, โ€œManji Ak Te Jawaniyan Doโ€, was played loudly on speakers.

Police said that upon visiting the Bahawalpur spa, they discovered that the loud music was just one part of the problem. Investigations revealed that illegal activities, including prostitution, were allegedly taking place at the center. Officers reported that two individuals were operating the speaker while a third person was engaged in inappropriate acts with two women under the pretense of providing a massage.

One suspect managed to escape before authorities could apprehend him. The police have registered a case against the suspects under the Sound System Act and Section 294 of the Pakistan Penal Code, which addresses obscene acts in public places.

Local law enforcement emphasized that such actions at any Bahawalpur spa violate both legal and social norms. Police officials stated that strict measures are being taken to prevent similar incidents in the future, ensuring public spaces remain safe and respectable.

This case has drawn public attention to the need for monitoring spas and massage centers in Bahawalpur, especially regarding adherence to legal regulations and ethical standards. Citizens have expressed concern over how entertainment and leisure spaces can sometimes become sites for unlawful activities.

Authorities assured that they would continue investigations and take further action against any individuals involved in criminal activities. Meanwhile, the Bahawalpur spa industry is expected to cooperate with local officials to improve compliance with laws and maintain a safe environment for customers.

The police have urged other businesses in the city to follow legal guidelines and avoid any practices that could compromise public morality or safety. The case serves as a reminder of the importance of regulating entertainment centers and maintaining vigilance against illegal activities.
