Hyundai Nishat Motors has introduced two hybrid variants of its premium Palisade SUV in Pakistan. The company revealed the new models with prices starting from Rs 21 million.
The launch marks a major step for Hyundai in Pakistan’s growing luxury SUV market. The automaker aims to offer a blend of performance, comfort, and modern technology.
The base variant, called the Palisade Smart, comes with seating for eight passengers. It has an ex-factory price of Rs 20.99 million.
The top variant is the Palisade Calligraphy. This model offers seating for seven passengers and is priced at Rs 22.99 million. Both vehicles are positioned as flagship models by Hyundai in the local market.
Booking for the SUVs has already started across Pakistan. Customers can reserve the Palisade Smart with a booking amount of Rs 3 million.
Meanwhile, the Palisade Calligraphy requires a booking payment of Rs 3.3 million. According to company dealers, deliveries are expected to begin in August this year.
Both hybrid models feature a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with an electric motor. This combination aims to provide strong performance while maintaining fuel efficiency.
The vehicles are also equipped with an all-wheel-drive system. This system improves traction and control on different road conditions.
To enhance driving comfort, the SUV includes an electronic control damper suspension. The system automatically adjusts based on the road surface.
Hyundai has also included advanced features to support driver safety and convenience. These include a head-up display that projects information onto the windshield.
An automatic lighting system is also included to improve visibility during night driving or low-light conditions.
In terms of design, Hyundai highlights the Palisade’s bold and modern styling. The SUV features a wide body and strong road presence.
The design combines vertical and horizontal lines across the exterior. This styling approach gives the vehicle a refined and premium appearance.
Inside, the cabin offers spacious seating and a comfortable environment for passengers. The large interior makes the Palisade suitable for families and long journeys.
