Iran has claimed it carried out a missile Strike targeting key Israeli leadership sites, including the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The announcement came from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as tensions between Iran and Israel continue to rise.
According to Iranian state-linked media reports, the IRGC said the operation involved the use of Kheibar missiles. The missiles were launched as part of what Iran described as a planned Strike against important Israeli military and political locations.
In a statement reported by Fars News Agency, the IRGC said the missile Strike targeted the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The group also claimed the headquarters connected to the Israeli Air Force commander was attacked during the same operation.
Iran described the operation as the “tenth wave” of its retaliatory actions. Iranian officials said the strike was intended as a response to recent military attacks on Iranian targets by Israel and the United States.
The IRGC claimed that both locations were severely hit during the missile Strike. Iranian authorities also suggested that Netanyahu’s condition remains unclear. However, they did not provide independent evidence to confirm the claim.
Israeli authorities have responded differently to the situation. Israel said the reported Strike caused no injuries. Officials also did not confirm damage to the prime minister’s office or military command locations.
The Israeli government has not provided detailed comments regarding Iran’s specific claims. However, officials stated that security services continue to monitor the situation.
Iranian officials said the operation was part of a broader campaign of drone and missile attacks. Tehran claims it has already conducted ten waves of operations against Israeli targets and United States bases in the region.
The growing conflict has raised concerns about regional stability. Military exchanges between Iran and Israel have intensified in recent days.
Meanwhile, Israel has also announced operations targeting Iranian officials. The Israeli military said two senior Iranian intelligence figures were killed in earlier Israeli attacks.
According to Israel’s military statement, the officials were identified as Sayed Yahya Hamidi and Jalal Pour Hussein. Israeli authorities claimed they held key intelligence roles related to Israeli affairs.
The Israeli military also stated that several other individuals were killed during the same operation.
The exchange of missile attacks and military operations has increased fears of a wider regional conflict. Analysts say the situation remains highly sensitive as both sides continue to make strong claims about recent actions.
