The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has expanded its B-Form services to an additional 1,000 e-Sahulat franchise locations, bringing the total number of outlets to 3,000 across Pakistan.
A NADRA spokesperson confirmed that citizens can now access a range of services at these franchises. This includes issuing B-Forms for children up to 10 years old, renewing or replacing lost national identity cards, and canceling ID cards of deceased family members.
The expansion covers multiple districts across the country. In Sindh, services are available in Karachi (Malir, East, Central, West, South, Korangi, Kemari), Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, Umerkot, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Badin, Thatta, Matiari, Jamshoro, and Tharparkar.
Punjab residents can access B-Form services in Lahore, Gujranwala, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sambrial, Narowal, Nankana Sahib, Okara, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Gujrat, Chakwal, Talagang, Attock, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Khushab, Chiniot, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Sahiwal, Vehari, Pakpattan, Multan, Khanewal, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, and Layyah.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, services have been extended to Peshawar, Khyber, Bannu, North Waziristan, Buner, Swabi, Kohat, Kurram, Hangu, Orakzai, Abbottabad, Charsadda, Mohmand, Bajaur, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Upper Chitral, Lower Chitral, Mardan, and Swat.
Azad Jammu & Kashmir residents can access services in Bhimber, Mirpur, Bagh, Muzaffarabad, and Neelum.
NADRA officials emphasized that this expansion aims to make essential registration and identification services more accessible for all citizens. The addition of 1,000 e-Sahulat franchises will help reduce travel times and improve convenience for families needing B-Form services in both urban and rural areas.
This nationwide initiative reflects NADRAโs commitment to enhancing public access to registration services and strengthening Pakistanโs citizen identification system. With services now available at 3,000 outlets, more families can easily register their children and complete other vital documentation efficiently.
The move is part of NADRAโs ongoing efforts to modernize its service delivery and ensure that all citizens, regardless of location, can benefit from reliable and timely access to official records.
