The German Consulate General Karachi has announced that its offices will remain closed on April 3 and April 6 in observance of Easter.
According to an official notice, the consulate will suspend all operations on Friday and Monday as part of the Easter holiday schedule. Regular services are expected to resume following the holiday period.
The temporary closure is being observed in line with Easter celebrations, which are marked worldwide by Christian communities through religious observances and public holidays in many countries.
Applicants planning visa appointments or consular visits have been advised to adjust their schedules accordingly to avoid inconvenience during the closure days. Officials emphasized the importance of checking appointment dates in advance before visiting the consulate.
The announcement comes as part of routine holiday observances followed by diplomatic missions, ensuring staff availability aligns with international public holidays.
