PCB Pushes for Fans Return in PSL 11 Matches

PCB Pushes for Fans Return in PSL 11 Matches

The Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has said he will once again approach Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to allow spectators at Pakistan Super League matches.

Speaking to media in Karachi, Naqvi stated that the board is making continuous efforts to bring fans back to stadiums.

He emphasized that any decision must consider the ongoing global situation, particularly the Middle East conflict and its wider implications.

Earlier, the PCB had announced that Pakistan Super League matches would be held without spectators due to government austerity measures.

The tournament is currently being hosted at limited venues, including Karachi and Lahore, to reduce travel and public movement.

Naqvi reiterated that while he will push for fan attendance, there will be no changes to the PSL schedule, and security arrangements remain strong.
