US Sets Five Strict Conditions for Iran Peace Talks Amid Regional Tensions

The United States has introduced Five Strict Conditions for Iran as part of any possible future peace process between the two countries. The move comes as tensions continue to rise across the Middle East amid growing military and political pressure.

According to reports, Washington has made it clear that negotiations cannot move forward unless all the proposed conditions are accepted by Tehran. The latest development has increased concerns about regional stability and the possibility of further confrontation.

One of the major points in the reported Five Strict Conditions involves Iran’s demand for compensation related to previous bombings on its territory. The United States has rejected the request and stated that no financial compensation will be provided.

Reports also claim that Washington has limited Iran to transferring only 400 kilograms of enriched uranium to a single nuclear facility. The US has also reportedly refused broader concessions regarding Iran’s frozen financial assets.

Under the proposed framework, the United States is willing to ease only 25 percent of existing restrictions on frozen Iranian assets. American officials are also urging wider negotiations aimed at reducing tensions across multiple regional fronts, including Lebanon.

Iran has strongly reacted to the latest US demands. Major General Mohsen Rezaei, a senior military adviser to Iran’s supreme leader, warned that Tehran would confront the United States over its naval presence and blockade efforts in the region.

Rezaei stated that Iran’s patience should not be viewed as weakness. He warned that the Sea of Oman could become a “graveyard” for American ships if tensions continue to escalate further.

The Iranian official also questioned the long-term US military presence in the Gulf region. According to him, the original reasons for the deployment no longer exist after the end of the Soviet Union era.

At the same time, Rezaei stressed that the Strait of Hormuz remains open for international trade. However, he warned that Iran would not accept foreign military expansion or actions that could threaten regional security.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has reportedly increased consultations regarding possible military options against Iran. Reports indicate that Trump has been in contact with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and senior national security officials.

Sources further claimed that the Pentagon has prepared military plans targeting Iranian energy and infrastructure sites if hostilities intensify again.
