LAHORE – The first 180kW electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging station in Lahore has been inaugurated, marking a new step toward promoting electric mobility in the city.
The facility was launched by the Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) on Shami Road. Lesco Chief Executive Officer Engr M Ramzan Butt officially inaugurated the charging station during a ceremony.
According to Lesco officials, the company provided a fast-track grid connection and technical assistance for the project. These efforts helped make the charging station operational within a short period.
