Lahore Launches First 180kW EV Fast-Charging Station - Check Location

LAHORE โ€“ The first 180kW electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging station in Lahore has been inaugurated, marking a new step toward promoting electric mobility in the city.

The facility was launched by the Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) on Shami Road. Lesco Chief Executive Officer Engr M Ramzan Butt officially inaugurated the charging station during a ceremony.

According to Lesco officials, the company provided a fast-track grid connection and technical assistance for the project. These efforts helped make the charging station operational within a short period.

The new EV charging facility is expected to support the growing demand for electric vehicles in Lahore. It will provide faster charging services and encourage more people to consider electric transportation options.
