GWM Launches Haval H6 PHEV FWD in Pakistan - Check Price

Haval has officially introduced a new front-wheel-drive version of the Haval H6 PHEV in Pakistan. The latest model is expected to provide buyers with a more affordable option than the existing all-wheel-drive variant.

The new Haval H6 PHEV FWD has already started arriving at dealerships across the country. Customers can now view the vehicle at selected showrooms, although the company has not yet announced its official price.

The biggest difference between the new model and the current AWD version is the drivetrain. The latest variant uses a front-wheel-drive system instead of the dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup found in the existing model.

The FWD version is powered by a single electric motor paired with a DHT-1 hybrid transmission. In comparison, the AWD model uses a DHT-3 gearbox with a dual-motor hybrid system.

While the simplified drivetrain delivers slightly lower performance, it offers better driving efficiency and an extended range. This makes the new version attractive for buyers who prioritize fuel economy and daily usability.

The Haval H6 PHEV FWD produces 322 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque. The AWD version delivers 360 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque, making it the more powerful option.

Despite the lower power output, the front-wheel-drive model performs better in terms of driving range. It offers an NEDC-certified electric-only range of 106 kilometers.

The combined driving range reaches 1,106 kilometers on a full battery and fuel tank. The AWD model provides a 100-kilometer electric range and a combined range of 1,043 kilometers.

Apart from the drivetrain changes, both versions share the same premium equipment and technology package. Buyers will continue to receive a wide range of comfort, convenience, and safety features.

The SUV includes a large 14.6-inch infotainment display and supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also comes with adaptive cruise control for improved driving convenience.

Other notable features include 19-inch alloy wheels, ventilated and heated front seats, memory seating, and welcome seat functionality. The cabin also offers a panoramic sunroof and a powered hands-free tailgate.

For parking assistance, the vehicle features automatic parking, autonomous reverse assist, and a 540-degree camera system. Downhill assist is also included to improve safety on steep roads.

Owners can also access connected vehicle functions through the My GWM mobile application. These features allow users to monitor and manage selected vehicle functions remotely.

The Haval H6 PHEV FWD also supports 34 kW DC fast charging. According to the company, the battery can charge from 30 percent to 80 percent in less than 28 minutes.
