The Emirates Group has announced more than 100 job openings across its aviation and corporate operations. The recruitment drive includes positions for experienced professionals and entry-level applicants.
The available roles cover several areas within the aviation industry. These include information technology, engineering, aircraft maintenance, airport operations, logistics, and human resources.

Pilots Offered Attractive Employment Packages
One of the highest-paying positions is Direct Entry Captain. The role offers a tax-free annual package of up to AED 1.185 million.
The amount is equivalent to around $320,000. The annual take-home cash component is approximately AED 575,000.
The package is calculated using an average of 85 flying hours each month. Eligible pilots can also receive several additional benefits.
These benefits may include company-provided accommodation and education support. The education benefit can cover up to three children.
Pilots may also receive insurance and travel benefits. Eligible employees are entitled to 42 days of annual leave.
Cabin Crew Salaries and Benefits
The airline is also hiring cabin crew members. Cabin crew employees receive a basic monthly salary of AED 4,980.
They also receive AED 69.60 for every flying hour. Based on average monthly flying hours, total pay is around AED 11,244.
Cabin crew members can also receive accommodation during layovers. Transport and applicable meal allowances are included in the benefits package.
Cadet Pilot Programme for UAE Nationals
The Emirates Group is also recruiting through its National Cadet Pilot Programme. However, this programme is specifically available to eligible UAE nationals.
Applicants must have a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid. Cadets receive different salaries during various stages of their training.
They receive AED 6,365 per month during Ground School. The amount becomes AED 6,240 during Flight Training.
During Type Rating, the monthly salary rises to AED 18,335. It increases further to AED 31,745 during Line Training.
After completing the programme, First Officers receive AED 52,105 per month. This figure includes basic salary and fixed allowances.
