The affected destinations included Dubai, Jeddah, Kuwait, Istanbul, and Muscat.

Lahore Airport Sees Major Disruptions

Lahore airport was also significantly affected by the operational issues.

According to the schedule, 17 services were cancelled from Lahore. The affected routes included Karachi, Baghdad, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Mashhad, and Jeddah.

Several other Flights from Lahore experienced lengthy delays.

Services heading to Jeddah, Madinah, and Sharjah were among those affected.

Some passengers faced delays lasting several hours. The longest reported delay involved a Lahore-to-Jeddah service.

Its departure was reportedly postponed by around 21 hours.

Islamabad and Karachi Routes Also Affected

Travel disruptions were not limited to Lahore and Karachi.

Five services operating between Islamabad and Karachi faced delays of up to 10 hours.

Meanwhile, five Lahore-Karachi services experienced delays ranging between two and 11 hours.

The disruptions affected both domestic passengers and travellers connecting with international services.

This is particularly important for travellers using Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad airports.
