It is worth mentioning that last week, the price of the precious metal witnessed a decrease of Rs. 1,700 per tola. This decline was primarily attributed to a downward trend in the international market.
In the international market, spot gold maintained its stability at $2,022.39 per ounce as of 0340 GMT, while US gold futures remained steady at $2,036.20 per ounce. Despite the political uncertainty domestically, the local gold market appears to have retained its stability, reflecting the global trend.
