Despite showcasing impressive spin bowling skills, Usman Tariq’s action has been under scrutiny since his PSL debut, with some drawing comparisons to commentator Bazid Khan.

Prior to his participation in PSL 9, Usman Tariq represented Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Second-XI and Peshawar. In his brief T20 career spanning four matches, he maintained an excellent economy rate of 5.67.
One of his standout performances came against Karachi Kings, where he recorded figures of 4-0-16-2. He also showcased his economical bowling against Multan Sultans and Karachi Kings in their second encounter.
