The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has sanctioned the development of contemporary Funland-themed areas in two of Lahore’s parks.
These new attractions will be established in Greater Iqbal Park and Jilani Park, formerly Race Course Park.

PHA emphasized its commitment to enhancing tourism and leisure options, promising state-of-the-art rides and recreational amenities for residents.
Approval for the project has been granted by PHA Director General Muhammad Tahir, with construction scheduled to commence in 2024. Additionally, the authority reported a profit of Rs2.5 billion in the previous fiscal year.
