TLP Sit-In At Faizabad Disrupts Islamabad Traffic Flow

TLP Sit-In At Faizabad Disrupts Islamabad Traffic Flow

Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) began a sit-in at Faizabad on July 13, starting from Liaquat Bagh, demanding aid for Palestine and a ban on Israeli products.

Despite the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) already sending eight aid shipments to Palestine and banning several Israeli products, the protest has caused major traffic disruptions.

Public outcry is growing as the TLP’s sit-in continues to block roads, preventing access to hospitals and offices.

The road blockade has led to severe traffic jams and significant inconvenience for citizens, with reports of patients and employees unable to reach their destinations on time and ambulances being delayed.

Citizens are questioning the necessity of the protest, given that the government’s support for Palestine and actions addressing the protesters’ demands are already in place.
