Renowned Pakistani playwright Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar has revealed he’s contemplating leaving Pakistan after being ensnared in a honey trap. In a heartfelt interview, Qamar expressed his deep inner turmoil as he considers departing from the country he deeply cherishes.
“I have loved this land more than love itself,” Qamar said, his voice laden with emotion. “Yet now, I am questioning if I should remain here. This situation has made me doubt my place, and I pray for strength to endure because leaving this land is unimaginable.”

Qamar also mentioned he is waiting for the court’s ruling on the matter and is resolute in seeking justice. “I await the verdict and will ensure that those responsible face consequences, regardless of where I must go.”
Reflecting on potential changes in his life, Qamar expressed a desire to live in a place with greater respect. “This is a new thought for me. I have always been grateful and blessed, but now I ponder a life where disrespect is absent,” he noted.
