Bollywood star Akshay Kumar and renowned director Priyadarshan have reunited after 14 years for the horror comedy ‘Bhooth Bangla’.
Priyadarshan, known for his comedy films and Hindi adaptations of Malayalam movies, teams up with Kumar again since their last collaboration, ‘Khatta Meetha’. The film’s announcement coincided with Kumar’s birthday.

On Monday, Kumar revealed the film’s first-look motion poster, featuring him with a black cat in front of a haunted mansion. He expressed his excitement about the reunion and shared his enthusiasm for the project.
The duo previously collaborated on several successful comedies in the 2000s, including ‘Hera Pheri,’ ‘Garam Masala,’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa.’ Besides ‘Bhooth Bangla,’ Kumar’s upcoming projects include ‘Sky Force,’ ‘Singham Again,’ and ‘Hera Pheri 3.’
