Tesla has launched its first fully electric “Giga Train” in Germany, offering environmentally-friendly transport for 500 passengers between Erkner Station and the Berlin Gigafactory.
The train, which can accommodate 120 seated passengers and provide space for bicycles, is free for both Tesla workers and the public.

Designed to transport 4,500 employees across three shifts, the Giga Train supports Tesla’s larger mission of promoting renewable energy.
By running this electric train, Tesla aims to cut carbon emissions by 50 tons each year, with future plans to expand its green transport efforts globally.
