Renowned experts, including Dr. Rida Qadeer Khan, BRIG Faiqa Chugthai (Retd), and Dr. Maria Javid, shared invaluable insights on the importance of regular self-exams, mammograms, and seeking professional medical advice. The speakers emphasized the significance of early detection in improving outcomes and highlighted the available treatment options.
