Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan deleted his LinkedIn profile just four days after creating it, following a wave of online trolling. Despite initially garnering over 20,000 followers, the actor faced ridicule for his bio, which described him as a “passionate actor with 300-crore megahits.”
The line referencing his supposed 300-crore hits sparked mockery, with many questioning which of his films had achieved such box-office success.

Others sarcastically commented that his claim seemed misplaced, especially given the mixed reception of some of his recent films.
Varun had shared a post about his decade-long career in the film industry, expressing excitement to connect with professionals beyond entertainment and highlighting teamwork and hard work. However, the trolling appeared to affect him, leading to the swift removal of his profile.
His brief stint on LinkedIn raised questions about the motivations behind his decision, with some speculating it was part of a promotional strategy or a celebrity stunt.
Others noted that LinkedIn seemed to be becoming more like social media platforms such as Instagram. Varun has yet to publicly address his decision to delete the account, which remains absent as of now.
