The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has firmly rejected the hybrid model proposed for the 2025 Champions Trophy, scheduled to be hosted in Pakistan.

During an ICC meeting on Friday, the PCB reiterated its stance, showing no flexibility on its position. Board members presented alternative proposals to resolve the stalemate.
Sources indicate that the ICC is working toward a “justified” solution and may unveil an acceptable formula soon.
