Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) has been named the Most Wanted Game at the 2024 Golden Joystick Awards, solidifying its place as one of the most eagerly awaited releases in the gaming world. Set for release in Fall 2025, the game topped a highly competitive category, beating out titles like Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Death Stranding 2, and Monster Hunter Wilds.
Rockstar’s Publishing Director, David Manley, accepted the award on behalf of the development team, thanking fans for their support and teasing that GTA 6 would surpass all expectations, with “mind-blowing” elements in store.
