The legendary family bungalow of Bollywood icon Dilip Kumar in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area is being redeveloped into a luxury residential complex named The Legend.
Ashar Group, the real estate firm managing the project, announced impressive sales of approx. USD 60 million (₹500 crore) within 15 months. The project features 19 ultra-luxury apartments, including duplexes, triplexes, and a special museum honoring Dilip Kumar.

The redevelopment marks a significant moment for Bollywood fans, as the bungalow held sentimental value for the late actor and his wife, Saira Banu. The first apartment sold in July 2024 for appx USD 18.6 million (₹155 crore).
With top-tier amenities and a tribute to Dilip Kumar’s legacy, the project is set to become a landmark in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra locality.
