While the identities and conditions of the victims have not been released, it is unclear if all nine injured were shot. Police believe the shooting was targeted and involved individuals who knew each other. The incident is described as a “rolling type of gun situation” that led up to the crash.
Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski expressed shock, calling it an “unheard of” incident for the area. Investigations are ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
