Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has rejected an offer to serve the remainder of his sentence at his Bani Gala residence, demanding the release of detained PTI supporters held without trial before considering any arrangements.
Speaking outside Adiala Jail, his lawyer, Faisal Chaudhry, confirmed Khan’s stance, emphasizing his refusal to compromise until the detainees are freed.

Speculation about a deal surfaced last month, suggesting house arrest in exchange for Khan ceasing agitation-based politics. However, Khan’s sister, Aleema Khan, and PTI Senator Shibli Faraz refuted claims of him seeking personal relief.
Khan remains resolute, urging his party’s negotiation committee to focus on fulfilling PTI’s core demands.
