Chopra’s season included two wins and four runner-up finishes across six events. Notable performances included a silver at the Paris 2024 Olympics with a throw of 89.45m, behind Pakistan’s Arshad Nadeem, who set an Olympic record of 92.97m. Chopra also won the Paavo Nurmi Games in Finland and the National Federation Senior Athletics Competition in India. Despite Nadeem’s record-breaking Olympic feat, Track and Field News ranked him sixth due to his limited international competition participation.

Chopra, who won the 2024 World Championship, is focused on defending his title and surpassing the elusive 90m mark in the upcoming season.
