Bollywood actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood, known for his impressive physique and disciplined lifestyle, has shared the secret behind his fitness.
At 51, Sonu credits his well-balanced body to simplicity and consistency in his diet and exercise. A lifelong vegetarian, he avoids alcohol and other indulgences, sticking to vegetables, lentils, and simple foods like dal and rice, which he calls his favorite meal.

Sonu believes in natural fitness, avoiding supplements and steroids, though he admits to occasionally using protein powder. Even while staying at luxurious hotels, he opts for minimalistic meals like salads and egg whites.
He also highlighted the influence of his Punjabi genetics and parents in maintaining his robust health. His breakfast includes egg whites, avocado, vegetables, and papaya, providing energy for his busy schedule.
